I root with 18/6...cuz it is in the same room as the veg.

Just a thought...I have 2 Headband clones that rooted first on the top of the RW cube...24hr light would likely avoid this!

ok yea thats kinda what i was trying to figure out.....so root under 24/0, vegg 18/6, flower 12/12.....thats the way eay?

well some funny shit....checked on my girl today and guess what.....hairs are turning red so there pregnant....somethings gotta fucking give....5 weeks into flower, cant find any sack of course....i dont get how i cant even notice these ballls yet they will effect EVERY cylax on the fucking plant...loos like another shitty harvest....honestly if these next seeds that im doing with 16/8 light from sprout turn out to do the same shit im prolly just gonna throw in the towl, i cant take this shit i feel like im the only asswhole who cant grow this plant

Pistils change color for lots of reasons...age, heat, too intense light, got sprayed with something etc...does not mean you did not pollinate the whole room, but I often see red hairs @ ~5weeks and then usually get some new white ones.

Some older growers still use red hairs as a mark for when its time to harvest. I have them starting in week by week 5, it dosent mean there not pregnant but it dosent mean they are either.

thats a horrible way to judge when to harvest. red hairs can show up 3 weeks early. I just got a bag from an old man that grows it and it had red hairs....they buds were loose and a goose and the trichs were only 25-35% cloudy even after it was dry. It honestly took 5 bowls between me and a buddy to get stoned. what a waste.

yeah, pistils turning red doesn't mean your plant is seeded. Lets see some pics, eh? Im sure your harvests will get better and better and better....

still no camera....G13 strain is sativa as a mofaka and nowhere near done ....this i know... only thing i can think is leftover pollen from me doing a shitty job cleaning my room/fan....or maybe a RD clone busted a nutt...i dunno...to be honest im not even worried about it anymore ill just make cold water hash if its infested with seed, i got some more femd power africa and a flying dutchmen from a indoor femd mix just sprouting now, light cycle 16/8 so well see how it goes...you guys will know when i get my camera back tho

reading threw the canna bible by JC, calims that 16/8 is better than 18/6 for a more "natural" like environment and should even grow/sex faster than plants in 24 or 18 light cycles....either way should be no light stress this time around...and on my last grow the PA didnt hermi at all and was some killer smoke so hopeing for the same turn out, only this time ill take some clones

I imagine your plants will stretch a bit taller with extended dark hours. It costs less electricity also.
