they stress a female, usually through chemical means, to create a hermie. then take the pollen from the hermie to pollinate another female

how can i stress the plant if its an auto flowering strain like easyryder? does anyone have specifics on chemicals to use or maybe put it on a 12/12 light cycle to stress it since it needs 20-4

the chemical is called STS... google Soma , he works with feminized seeds, not fdd

sts is highly toxic and requires a gov form to purchase your better off with ionized silver or ga for making fem seeds or you could go the soma route of rhodelization which works for some strains.
