Yellowing Plants

Hi everyone first off I want to say that I'm new to this and I love this site I have learned so much from reading the forums.

So a little backround to what I have going....I started these plants about 2 weeks ago (maybe a lil longer ago...) with the seeds in papertowels to start them. They sprouted fine so I put them in a small pot then later transplanted them into larger pots. (which according to the Cannabis Grow guide was a no no). So for the last week or so the plants have been doing fine growing as I would expect taking on a few new leaves here and there. I started in my closet with a box that I have lined with a reflective liner, I started with a single florecent light 100 watts that was around 1700 lumes. ( I know your not sopposed to use standard florescent lights but to avoid a spike in electric bill this is where I started) 2 days ago I added a 2nd light of the same value to bring it to about 3400 lumes as I have read that you should be some where around 4k lumes for 4 small plants in a cabinet. I have been testing the soil on a regular basis to ensure that the plants arn't getting to much or to little water. I have the plants under constant light and the room temp is about 75 degrees F. (also have had a fan on them very lightly). Recently I have noticed that the leaves are starting to yellow and they are facing down slightly instead of spread and flat or pointing up. The leaves arn't spotty and it's not all my plants that are having this problem but a few. Should I decrease the amount of light they are getting? In the pictures you will see that I just watered them, is the yellow a cause of to little water? Any advice or help would be greatly appriciated. ( I know probably need a better lighting system and it will come but i don't believe that "lack of light" is the issue at hand.)

Thanks

First thing is u want to get those plants into their own pots before the roots tangle. Someone said earlier think of it as a competition there will be a loser... U don't want them competing for food and space. As for the yellowing from what I could see it didn't seem like anything to worry about just yet. If it gets worse start worrying.. What's your soil ph? What's ur water ph before and after nutes? Runoff ph? How are ur temps and humidity? Sorry about all the ?'S... As for decreasing the light NO they're fine as they are give them a week or two and throw in a lot lot lot more light. I'd say just go hid like a 150w cause honestly stackin on standard tubes WILL get spendy and ud save money hps is best as far as watt to lumen ratio. And a 150 wouldn't be too bad as far as heat. Just wait til they're not so sensitive or (unlikely) u could fry them under the hps. Gl with ur grow give us that info and I'm sure me or someone here can help u get ur babies straight.

Alright well to be honest I havn't been checking Ph nor have I been checking the water, the Temp has been around 70 ish F. and the humidity around 65% I will def start shopping lights. Also not currently using any nutes, what would you reccomend that I could add now after already planting in potting soil? I had already started the plants and had some decent growth before I decided to read up and realized that there was way more to it than just a seed in a pot = smoke. As far as getting the plants that I have doubled in the pot, should I remove the one that is looking like it is not doing as well as the other to try to "salvage" the good one? or would it be best to move the "better" looking plant? I'm sure I'm asking way to many questions and someone is going to go tell me to go read a book, but I like hearing from others personal experience what has and has not worked for them.
