I would spend about $1000. Preferably a handgun.

As I said I would go with a decent 1911 for that money...

The little silver one in the pic is about $890 new around her now ... I paid $1300 for it the week id debuted.

The full size 1911's are cheaper (and a bit more reliable) than the mini's and they're easier to shoot... They just suck to conceal.

What's a registered gun? I don't have any registered guns. I live somewhere you just buy OTC and go through the NICS background check. Anyone shows up at my house demanding I register my guns and they'll leave with newly acquired holes.

Buddy this is the all time funnest shotgun to shoot, the saiga 12 is made by Russia and is operational identically to the Ak-47. It Is a semi-auto, magazine fed(10 round mag and 20 round drum), and available in .410 and 12g also in centerfire calibers. The basic model which has no pistol grip and has factory stock will go for $590-$690 depending what dealer youo buy from the one in the pic will run you about $1500 included with conversion and rifle.

IDK the aa-12 is not mine but i wish. I got the picture off the internet but for all the gun fans check out gunsamerica.com largest gun buying site i have found. The AK is mine and I got it waaaaaay before the reign of obama and Im not even gonna say how cheap i got it for.......

Dude i bought a wasr in nov 07' for $320 and now they are going for double, I sold it for $800 in January. To be honest i hated it, it's hit or miss with those and i missed, i like your setup though. I also have a vector arms ak-47 made of bulgarian kit which as really awesome, i got that one for $520 and are no longer in production because the damn owner was importing ammo to Afghanistan.

The pic is 10 years old and the collection has evolved exponentally. The handgun on the right is a Thompson contender with a .45/410 bbl. I have several others but it currently it wears a 14" .375 JDJ with a 2-7 Burres long eye relief scope. Pretty deadly rig & much more accurate than I am.
The Sitka was taken at a lasered 470 yds from the Creedmore position. The fucking magnaporting set my pants on fire & injected unburned powder into my calf. Ouch !

Recoil on the .375 is stout, but mangeable - but this .500 S&W is nutz. I reload at the top of the scale w/ 440 grain hard cast LBT bullets. Not managable in a big way, but its a bear belly gun. If you're laying on your back w/ brownie on top of you recoil is not an issue!
With luck I'll never have to use it for that.
Peace

There have been larger ones taken, some that I know of into the 80" class. I personally have seen a 79" wide rack a friend harvested.

This Bull is 75 inches wide and 36 points, green scored at approximately 264 B&C.
Peace
