Opinion on my plants needed ?

Ok i have 2 g13 plants that were given to me, aparently at five weeks now. Im using a basic setup with a 24wt cuz i cant afford a good grow light.
Tell me what you think ?

Seperate them While its still easy to do. Get some more light, If you cant afford a few light bulbs, I doubt this project will get from start to finish.

I started off some plants with pitiful light...Once I got some good bulbs, they are taking off (actually, getting unruly and unmanageable haha...
