yellow leaves crispy edges and bugs

well the title pretty much tells you my problem. My plant has had leaves turning yellow ranging in size and randomly falling off since its birth however now I have some of the bigger leaves turning completely yellow and falling off while the tips of some of the others are turning yellow some crispy and brown. I also am very sure I have some kind of pests spider mites + maybe a few others however its not too bad yet. I found a little black bug that either fly's or jumps and tiny yellowish orange bugs which i presume are spider mites. Also a spider of some kind, i read that lady bugs will kill some of the pest but where to find those? Plant is only about 1ft - 1.5ft tall

Now my questions is without any pics since I don't have a camera does anybody have ANY idea what could be the death of all my leaves and yellowing of the tips on the leaves? I feed my plant nothing but bottled water and the ph is correct 6.5-7. kept outdoor.

.I don't want to give you the wrong information but it possibly might be nitrogen deficiency or possibly heat issues. I would really like some pics but you dont have a cam

You might need some nutes. Yellowing leaves could be lack of nitrogen. Browning / Yellowing leaves could be that are curling up could be from heat stress.
