I second that...hash or butter and if you have lots probally your best bet would be butter, unsure if that would have many HQ crystals...so go with a very very slow simmer in butter, chop those buds up. else you could always just pick the seeds out and smoke, reminds me of the days of brick weed, nothing but compressed crap (still got high) and I'm positive that has to be somewhat better lol
