They do not appear to be showing any signs of sex nor do they look healthy at all. What kind of light and nutes are you using?

The reason they dont look healthy is because your misting the leaves. Dont put any water on the leaves the plant breathes through its leaves it cant breathe if there is water on it. That and it could cause mold. How often do you water it?

i only water enough for the water to be a bit heavy. i just started misting it because i felt that the leaves were stiff due to lack of humidity- which was the reason for the mist spray. this was my first time misting it down, so it can't be it. im slowly stopping the nutes (15-15-18) to get ready for bloom nutes. im not sure what the soil medium is. its probably something commercial

How old is it?

If it's regular and not an auto-flower, you won't know sex until you flip the switch to 12/12.

I don't think it looks particularly unhealthy, it just looks like it's had a good soaking. My leaves sometimes go like that after a good watering. Just make sure you're leaving a good 4 days or so between watering (so the top of the soil is crusted).

Just seen a few more pics. Looks like it's stretched a bit too much. That stem looks like it could do with propping up with a cane.

do the pots have drain ports?

yes there are drain holes under the pots, the water im using is distilled with a ph of around 6.5, i water them every 2 days. it's been about 2 weeks into flowering.

it can't be...because between each watering the leaves droop down A LOT. all the way down as if they were deprived of water. i only water them when they do this.
