You should be good. Not sure about your soil, dont get foxfarm in uk (Gutted) but you will prob find that the nutrients in the soil are a weak solution and will be very good for plants through the first 3 to 4 weeks. What you could try different, not neccesary but its what I like to do, is to put the germinated seeds in rockwall cubes and wait for the roots to grow through the cubes before potting.

i put all the germinated seeds in 7 quart pots and they will be starting out under a 400w hps i guess its the big fat one do i need to make any adjustments before they break the ground?

i learned the hard way cost me thirty one plants its not good for seedlings to go straight into a fert soil always wait they are very vulnerable at young age even too much light stress can tend to bring out the hermie in them.

If it is FF ocean forest it could very easily be too hot. I use little coco cups filled with Jiffymix or vermiculite with maybe 25% perlite to germ. Rapid rooters work well too. FFOF would work well to mixed 50/50 with vermiculite.

Some seedlings handle it better than others. I just about ODed a Satori (mandala seeds) seedling with just a worm casting molasses tea (VERY mild)...Mandala advertises that they use nutes very efficiently and they aren't kidding. My Northern Lights crosses on the other hand LOVED it and took off. Same mix, same age, drastically different results.

no actually the mh is the ideal light for the veg cycle but you will need a hps for the flower cycle if you want more of a harvest

MH is best for vegging, but seedlings don't like intense light, thats why you find most propigator lights are T5 or CFL. If you gonna use the MH for seedlings you need to diffuse the light. Some meshing will do this. You can even buy special light diffusers for grow lights.

If your soil has a high nutrient mix then you may want to take them out, if the soil has a low nutrient mix then they should be fine. Have you got more details about the nutrient mix of your soil ?

if you flush your soil you will be fine do this by watering like i have 5 gal buckets to flush i want to water with 15 to 20 gallons of water ph ed to 6.3 that will start you over with clean soil but yes the mh is intense for seedlings for my seedling and clones i use 5 t8 cheap enough and gives enough light that i started 50 plants under them and left them there till 12 inches tall.

it says on the bag its ready for planting so im gonna hope for the best i looked for one and no luck so keeping fingers crossed at this point how long should it take for them to come out of the ground how long should i wait

Normally 2 to 3 days after germination you could seee them break the soil, helps if you have a heat pad under pots or a soil heater to keep it warm.

good to know you get Freewheelin Frank in the UK...I'm in the vicinity of Austin, hippie Hollow etc. Pretty sure I saw the prototype for FF just the other day....old cowboy stoner
I love the Freak Bro's. Very hard to find here in blighty, usually found in out of the way joke shops, not your run of the mill comic, but oh so funny. Dont get many Franklin types round here but there are always plenty of Fat Freddies.
