Benny that is a new one on me but it can't be good......lol. Firtst thing I would recommend is some liquid soap, ivory is the best, about 3 to 5 drops in your spray bottle and spray. This should kill it, dissolve the little beasties. Oust side of this problem everything is looking great.

I would wash them off immediately, because whatever they are, they will hatch within days.
