is it too late to start again?

Well im a new grower and my first batch died from a lack of rain we were having. I live up north in the US in minnesota and wanted to know if i still have time to plant a few bagseeds tommorow and see them make some yield. I want to know if they would still have time to veg and flower before the cold rolls around. So please help me out im new and i would just like a little yield nothing fancy. And i believe we still get like 13hrs of sun.

if so, you might get a joint or two. to me, time has gone to grow unless you do it under the lights. imo!
