damn bro... that is fucking nuts!! and to thick it'll be completely full makes it even more mind numbing!! very very nice job bro.. im impressed and in awe of the size.. it looks crazy being over the house like thatya ihope not.here it is all finished..
so i gotta ask, next year are you going to expand it any more, start later, or just run a couple more indoor and a few less outdoor??

well if im still in this house i will be extendeing the length of it from 18ft to 36ft long.. go back to 8ft to 81/2 ft tall. then i'll plant at the same time but all 6 plants will be inline right down the center of the greenhouse... and top the shit out of them so they don't get no taller then 8ft..hell my landloard cameup and askedwhat the hell i waz building. i said i have a hight problem. he sugjested i plant them in the ground,so i showed him forthe firttime... he new i grew but not to that magnatude...damn bro... that is fucking nuts!! and to thick it'll be completely full makes it even more mind numbing!! very very nice job bro.. im impressed and in awe of the size.. it looks crazy being over the house like that

i about shocked the 80 year oldman to death whenhe seen them... hes cool wit it.. i told him it will be down at the end of october....i am lookinf to rent this 5 bedroom house with a basement, on 5 achers. inside the house is a elavator... hopefully it happens...

Okay MG....I gotta bounce something off your brain....And any of your RUI crew...
I was at this Medical MJ seminar yesterday, It was pretty good...there were a couple lawyers and a couple caregivers giving a plug and showing some grow tips. And not to sound rude to them...they arent up to par in my opinion....
But one of them said something that seamed odd to me....He said that he practices root binding, to increase the bud amount...he claims that the plant quits focusing on rooting and puts more into budding? He says it works with tomatoe plants, but ive never grown tomatoes nor care about them. I googled around on it and didn't find anything except bad things about getting your plants root bound....Ive also seen some rootbound plants that looked bomb?

I defer to FDD so far as a plant becoming root bound or getting good harvests from growing from pots......
but the dude was pretty much correct, so long as the established root system is capable of delivering all of the required nutrients and fluids to the rest of the plant it will be fine..... small plant small root system is fine..... larger plants require larger roots systems or watering/feeding more often and typically more of a hassle in general to keep up with....
But for real, a plant is only as dnak as it is

here is my personal opinion on root binding...
i think root binding has more to do with the size of the plant than with production... i believe a plant will grow to the size of the container allowed and thats it.. it wont let itself grow any bigger than the roots can support... both through feeding and physically keeping upright... thus the "bigger container, more roots argument"...
but i also think that our plants can grow larger in any given container than we think they can.. assuming we keep up with feeding and have a solid medium for the roots to hold to (so the plant feels like it is firm in place)....

It occurs to me that a bunch of guys growing monsters won't be ready for the trimming....... lots of meticulous time consuming trimming on the way.... I know, Im harvesting one today....
