Thanks, just had two Detectives from my counties sheriff's dept do a walk thru and count. They said that I had the biggest plants they had seen to date, lol I actually apologized???

Were legal but I do have 5 plants over my allowed amount. Most counties have a 6 plant per recommendation allowance, me personally am allowed 19 mature plants but cops can be gung-ho and try to interpet the law..Thes two were cool and just doing their job.

Last year we had a couple of officers that were doing a probation search (son) and one asked me if I had any processed marijuana to show the other? I told them to open a trunk I had on the floor in my bedroom and they were amazed, (4 and1/2 lbs) swag weed, my real buds were still on the plants, anyway I offered them the trunk to take and train their canines with. The look on their faces was worth the trunk, lol but they declined my offer. The officers today were just doing their job and treated my wife and I with respect, afterall were not criminals.

that is a great story hodge! i havent had the pleasure of an officer coming in my garden yet! i would love to hear what the po pos think of my plants not just my herbs but my vegis as well! i have an artichoke plant and canalope that is just tremendous!!! ill take some pics and show u!!

Before I got sick we had a vegetable garden, now it's to time consuming with all that we have going? I've had the Sheriff's dept check out my grow for the last 6 years, never confiscated anything but have been over the limit twice. First time I ignored their advice (to pull) but this time I have another recommendation that's addressed to this garden but I lost my copy? Will have another copy here and posted tomorrow and fax copy to the Officer who requested said document. My mistake, should have double checked that it had been posted.. Have 6 scripts for this grow plus a contract with local dispensary..

Simply amazing. It is soo nice to see that cannabis can and is being regulated and providing jobs. I don't understand how these greedy republicans can't see that. This might be what brings CA's budget under control while other states spiral out of control. Great story hodge

My script alone allows me 19 mature plants, wife and son are 10 each and mom in law another 6, I have 50 plants in various stages now but do have another 2 scripts that were not posted. (STUPID) The officers came to my locked gate and called the house, I inturn called dispatch to confirm that they had officers at my address before I let them in. Last years robbery here, I was asked about any recent law enforcement contact, cops also suspected LEO involvement? They actually flew in two officers from another county that evening to question me about these robbers. Yesterday I was asked what my plans were in regards to harvest, I gave as vague an answer has I could without seeming to be rude.

At first I to thought that but now I realize their just checking to see if I'm in compliance with the local laws? One of the two officers did investigate last years robbery and seems to be decent. One of the uniformed officers was giving my wife a hard time and he's the only cop there who told that officer to check it, that she's the victim here that cop was being a dick saying things like it's their own fault cause they grow, etc, etc. So I do have a little respect for him, doesn't mean I fully trust any of them..

Mine too, just have to be cool and stay within your rights, still some cops are straight up gestapo style trained and programed to trample your rights, those are the ones whom I hate with a passion. Spraying for caterpillar today so I'll take some pics this evening or in the a.m. to show everyone how huge these plants are getting..

Me too, but it would have been my fault cause I didn't have the 2 extra scripts posted. Just getting ready to fax the recommendation to the officer so that should be the end of it? For the last 6 years I've had our local sheriff's dept come and check out my grow, never had to pull or have them take anything yet, irony is their always wanting to know what I do to get them this big? lol Pretty much on a first name basis with most of the leo's here..
