well they've just had their final watering before i phase them into 12/12 (1.25L full strength water in the morning, a day to get all that in it's system, the a 36 hour dark spell then BAM)

i've just been poking around under the leaves, and wow, the nodes on the cali hash are everywhere and they are massive, it seems like a really good watering indicator on mine at least, if you can see the lower nodes predominently poking above the fan leaves, she needs a water.

the true test is how she'll smoke though

The proper hollywood hash plant tastes and smells like hash. You smoke it and it tastes like hash. Thats why its called Hash Plant.

took the time to pic the g13 pure power plant at 45 days flower i think.may end up buying some of these.real heavy about foot long, 3 inches wide r,real packed and still growing i mite add.,still new growtheverywhere..strong lemony sweet smell,ns for freebie.

Hey TipTop - I just did a search for info on Cali Hash and found this thread.

That's looking real good. I've just started my very first grow using the Bubbleponics system. I'm growing 3 fem Cali Hash plants. I'm at day 19 of veg under 5 85 watt CFL's. I imagine yours will be much better than mine since you're using a much better light. I'm anxious to follow your grow.

I'll attach some pics of my grow. The first pic showing an "ice probe" I attached to my tank. Trying to see if it will lower my water temp a few degrees. (for another thread I'm on). The 2nd pic is just showing the results of my very first "topping". The 3rd pic is all 2 of them at day 18.

Hope you have a fantastic grow!

I've got a cali hash that's been flowering for a week now too, free dinafem seed along with 4 White Widow seeds I bought.

Some pics:

Hey Nepenthe - so glad you posted pic of your Cali Hash. This is my first grow, and even though my plants look just fine and healthy, I thought they should be taller than they are for their 24th day. How tall was your Cali when you finished vegging??? How many weeks did you veg her???

It's my first grow too (I also got the free blue hash seed but it didn't sprout, just as well, I wouldn't have had enough room).

I'm using 600w lamp with a dual spectrum bulb I got included with it.

I germed the cali on 13th June, transferred to a pot 3 days later, and it sprouted the next morning.
Started vegging ~24th July and vegged for a month.
She was about 15 inches when I started flowering, and she's grown an inch or two since then.

Had a bit of a problem with her being in too small a pot (wasn't expecting the extra seed) but I repotted last night and she's doing better :)

Thanks much - Mine are in their 24th day and only 7 inches tall. I'm using (6) 85watt CFL's. They are really bushy, but just wish they'd get taller. I may veg mine for 5 weeks so they'll be a bit taller.

Just having a look now at flowering times, glad I'm growing the cali hash as well now.

White widow is 8-10weeks, while the cali hash is only 45-50 days, so I could get some smoke about 3 weeks earlier than expected :D

If that's 24 days from seed, then that's not too bad, mine shot up in the last week or so, just make sure you've got big enough pots for them, and they don't get rootbound.

right, if i'm going by he 45-50 day flowering time for this one, then i should probably have a magnifying glass pretty damned now! :) i'm 47 days into flowering her and ever day i'm thinking oooooo, pretty soon.

i'm gonna grab a photo in a sec, gotta water em first.

magnifying glass thingy should arrive tomorrow, so should be able to get a clear idea of where i stand :) the main cola looks very golden in the picture!

Cool - great job man. I'm growing two Cali Hash now too. Mine are in their 15th day of flowering now. They're just starting to get preflowers. When did yours start???

Here are pics of my 2 girls - 49th day, 13th day flowering. I topped them three times.
