help plant not budding!!!!

okay i had my plant growing from seed for about a good 6 months an for some reason it just wont bud the other plants i pulled off about 3 ounces all the same strain an they all started same time like there is buds but its really small i dont consider it buds looks more like hair but there is alot of red hairs on the tiny buds an most of the hairs are dieing it grew red hairs an died off like 3 times!!!
what should i do?
is there anything i can do?:confused::neutral::shock::spew::?:-?:cry::cry::cry::cry:

i feel ya bro my plant has been growing since march and its 5 feet tall and its covered in pistil= white hairs to show its female and i have hundreds of bud sites , but no buds . so im going throught this right now i been flowering for 40 days and no bud formation yet and they are white still so do what im doing and lower your light to 10/14 instead of 12/12 im guessing its sativa and probably tropical like mine as well so give it time bro and remember you have a 12-15 week flowering phase

If you've got lots of hairs but not buds, it could be a nutrient deficiency. You can use nutes like Big Bud and add some honey or molasses to your mix to fatten up the buds
