the soil i used from my last grow...people say it dont work, but it think i found a trick. leave it out in the rain, rain has a neutral PH so i would assume it would flush the soil, neutralize the PH and make it clearly useable, i need to buy some nutes, and soil though, gunna transplant

yeah decided to experiment, cuz i can, lol...its what i do.....bodies.....(j/k)....i was LSTing it at like a week and a half, and i was told that the stem being in the dirt would stress it, so i raised it, but at the moment its not restrained, gunna leave it for a couple days, or until it gets more nodes

I'm not an expert in climatology, but I don't believe rainwater has a neutral pH. I'm actually pretty certain it doesn't and the pH varies with the region you live in (dependent on pollution and carbon levels, as well as other things).

Yeah... ever heard of "acid rain", LOL? Doesn't sound very neutral to me.
