I've been reviewing many of the laws on Norml and Flex your rights. However, they are not exactly that clear. Can a lit basement or bedroom be seen as probable cause to enter? What happens if someone snitches on you? Why should the police believe a rumor without hard evidence? I hate when i read,
"If you have been charged with a crime and you feel that the evidence was illegally obtained, your lawyer can make a "motion to suppress" in which the judge will consider the manner in which the evidence was obtained and make a decision as to whether or not it can be presented during the trial." So basically you have to hope that a judge sees things your way. All opinions welcome. Thanks.
