shes about 2 and a half feet tall in a 3 gallon pot with drainage holes and she is a little droopy with tiny holes on the leaves. some of the leaves are yellow and some have died. what i cant fathom is wether or not im watering them too much or too little. getting about 15 hrs of daylight. i put about 250 to 350 mls of water in today and misted the leaves a little. how much should i be putting in for a plants of this size?

Sounds overwatered. Get yourself a cheap moisture meter at Lowes for 7 bucks...
As for the holes and yellowing/dying...this sounds like nutrient deficiency and/or burn.

Pics would really help. Just a wild guess spidermites, if you see any bugs, very tiny under your leaves. If this might be the case try 4 or 5 drops of liquid soap in your mister bottle spray top and bottom of the leaves and let sit for a couple of hours and then rinse throughly.

the first sentence you said is too true. i dont get why people even ask questions without giving specifics, and showing pics, cuzz untill then its just a guessing game

The white spots almost look like spider mite damage. i'd say you probably need to feed since you posted nothing on nutes. Also is this in the ground? in a pot? how big of a pot?

it may very well be as i can pull the pkant out of the soil and the roots are all packed in the shape of the previous pot it was in

how much water?
Take jonboy30's advice and get a moisture tester. Flood it with water and then test each evening, after the day's heat.

The meter I use for my in the ground 5' indica plants has an 8" probe and a gauge with four measuring points. Weed is an annual plant and they prefer water upon reaching the lowest, #1 reading.

As I said, my plants are in the ground so it won't relate to you but outside temperatures will. In example on (+/-) 100° days each of my plants is currently receiving 1.75 gallons daily (6624 Milliliter). 90° the same every other day, 80° every third day. All watering is done at 4am to reduce evaporation.

Thats more than a little wet. What are you using for a meduim? How strong did you mix those nutes?

After watering leafs always tend to sag a big but not like yours. yOur whole plant is sagging.
