need help wit light. i have a flood light that is 120v 4.0amps 60hz is that gud?

This is my first time growing and all i have is a flood light that is 120v, 4.0amps, 60hz. It is rlly bright when i turn it on it feels like im luking into the sun. is this a gud enough light? im not trieing to grow that many plants just about 4 or 5

Correct me if im wrong, but flood lights dont put out enough lumens and they get WAY to hot.

Have never heard of any one using flood lights, your better off picking up some CFLs things to remember bright white 6500k to veg and soft white 2700k to flower you can pick up 3 set for about $20 @ walmart here's what you can use
extension chord & a plug in socket, bulb screws right in 1 to 2 per plant, I got 3 for around $20 i use them for supplemental lighting check out the pics, pic 3 is the soft whit 2700k
