I would flush it. There will be low N in flowering but there is something wrong there it should start yellowing from the bottom up

First thing you should do is flush.
If you have a freshwater aquarium, flush with the aquarium water.
The aquarium water has a decent Ph and has been already dechlorinated.
If not, Buy some water at the store and adjust the Ph.
Whatever you use, just don't use Tap water.
After a few days, check for new growth.
If there is, then your ok to add some nutes. Only half strength at first.
As far as the yellowing.
You can't do anything about that.
But you could foliar feed with Nitrozyme.
Make sure you use a decent wetting agent with it.

My question is: What strain is it? Or is it bagseed?

thanks for the advice, i actrually flushed with tap water the first time around. I've just nuited with some miracle grow since it has extra Nitrogen. But the Strain, YES, it's BUBBA KUSHHHHH x deep c

I'm going with a MAJOR 'N' deficiency for sure.
Agreed. Yellowing on the large fan leaves is a sure sign of N deficiency.

Could also be PH lockout. Check your PH. If it's ok (6-7) then it's probably (well almost certainly) nitro deficiency
Good advice. Proper PH is crucial to plant success.

KrayKush do you know what your ph is? You dont need a fancy digital ph pen or anything like that. I like to use a cheap chemical solution. It doesnt require calibrating and it always works. Ive included a picture for you.

-Good luck, BTF
