Would you buy The R.I.U. Magazine?

I was checking out High Times and i realized that magazine was what first sparked my interest in pot. I def think that with the help of everyone at RIU it would be easy to take over the market. This website has much better pictures, art, advice, grow setups and (if i may be so bold) much more personality. This place has unlimited resources brought to each of us via the net. Course i don't know the legality issues that may follow.

Yeah baby! At first i was worried cause i didnt do a search on this topic. I figured that this had been brought up a million times. After this harvest im buying a digital camera and i'll finally be able to contribute to RIU. Breakneck- I hope that you didn't have to live in an old rusted bus. But you have to admit it looks cool as shit.

Good idea...hell the site was taking dontations to upgrade a server. Starting up a mag i'm sure would be some serious up front costs

I would read it, i would want a number of things in it.

1. New grow equipment articles, like the spinning lights, new nutes, etc.
2. New strains
3. maybe a readers grow section where they put a couple of the peoples grows.
4. tons of good advertisements of where to get good cheap equipment, not like high times with the 5000 dollar setup advertisements.
5. an activism section where weed news is.
6. A science section maybe? like how thc works and stuff, just educating us.
7. Lots of high quality pictures of flowering plants or buds.
8. maybe each edition have a different DIY section, carbon filters, grow cabs, relectors, co2, etc
thats off the top of my head.

ALright, well we need a staff member of RIU to start some donation thing. also we would have to find people to right articles and photographers to take awesome HD pics. we need a whole staff and im not a writer or photagrapher. I am fairly confident in my writing and editing skills. I have always enjoyed writing about things that hit home with me. Obviously, good gangja is one of those things!

Can we mail in money orders? I'm broke as a joke but i'll def make monthly contributions. How many people on this site? Imagine if everyone just mailed in $5 bucks a month or whatever they felt comfortable with. It would add up.

first we need to have a goal, find out how much we need as a startup. I have no clue, maybe 10000? idk but thats the first thing, then we need to market the donation and make sure everyone knows that we need their money hehe.

if i could i would so work for RIU magazine, i couldnt write anything but im great with computers so i guess i could be the high IT guy walking around helping people with their comps.
