A little slow for 2 weeks, ya think?

I think this baby is moving pretty slowly...

Its two weeks from sprout today, under 245w actual watts of CFL and in some MG Organic Choice soil with perlite. I haven't PH'd anything so I am suspecting that is the culprit.

that's a good guess.... lack of proper ph inhibits plant from absorbing nutrients. thus, a tiny plant at 2 weeks. get your ph in check and she'll probably take off. good luck....

he is vegging with cfls wich keep them shorter. looks green and healthy and node wise is normal for a 2 week old plant

he's got 1 node. ahhhh-maybe your right. just thought it should be a bit taller at 2 weeks. like maybe 2 nodes? or 1 node but workin on 2? idk. looks like it's just about even with the seed leaves... regardless, the incorrect ph isnt helping the situation. :)

it does seem a little small, but plants typically grow slow the first few weeks give it time and be patient, whats ur lighting schedule

lol.... i see the seed leaves. then a set of nodes. on top of that, the beginnings of the second set of nodes with no vertical stem growth.....

i consider the first set of serrated leaves a node because if you top the next node usually the first 3 fingerd leaves {wich most of you consider the first node} 2 shoots will form from there so i see 3 nodes. the 3rd is just emerging

I'm not exactly sure the high tmep range, I know it's above 84 F. I have a shitty thermometer from an aquarium on the side panel. Dark temps are like 76-78 F.

Just went to HD and got a Ph Meter and 2 more 27w daylights. Now I'm right at 296 watts of CFL. :D Just the one plant at the moment.

Everything from water to soil is Ph of 6.5-6.7. Hmmmmm

mine looked about that at two weeks dont feel bad bro if you go to my journal to last page its already a lil over 3wks not huge either but it is a ph problem. if your using MG at all it will most likley have high numbers in ph like 7.5-9.0 get some vinegar and mix with your water then when it comes time to water it give it a dose of ph down! (v +w) well good luck will subscribe!! =) happy grows it Smoke =One!!
