Is it time for a transplant to bigger pots? My Ph is neutral using only Sea Soil.

Its definitely stunted.
They're not that picky about PH when they are that small. They are not taking nutes from the soil yet, so i dont think that PH is the problem.
I think its 1) overwatering, and 2) too close to the light. Seedlings don't need that much light, and their leaves will stay small if you shine too much on them. When a plant need more light it grows bigger leaves to collect it. When theres too much the leaves stay small and curl down.
The other thing i wanted to add is that under certain conditions a plant will grow alot of roots unded the soil, and not much foliage above the soil. And sometimes its the other way around, a lot of foliage but fewer roots. It should even out eventually if this is the case and conditions are not horrible.
Good luck!

i actually find indoors and outside that plants veg bigger and faster in the warmer more humid enviorment

Moved the lights up to about a foot above the plants. We'll see if I can't get em to reach out a bit ;)
definently dont do that man. why would you wanna stretch out your plants? people try soo hard to grow tight node plants wich dude has going on and you want him to fuck all that up? first off when you veg with cfls they grow shorter more tight nodded plants much like a m/h, were if you veg with hps {wich you can do} they will be a little more leggy.

no, no, no. Don't raise the lights, reduce the lights. you have 300w of actual CFL power? At this stage you really only need one CFL above each plant. They are getting stunted by your lights and heat.

Give them a chance to get established before hitting them with strong light.

I wouldn't raise all of the lights, I would reduce it down to 1 light per plant and it should take off. Might move the light to 4" or 6" at most, not 1 foot w/ CFL's. That thing will stretch REAL fast like that.

yeah a foot is a little too far. 4-5 inches is about right for seedlings (with CFL's). There is a fine line between "reaching" and "stretching". The reaching you do want, the stretching you dont. You'll find the zone. :joint::peace:

Yeah I'm pretty sure the humidity is low in mine as well. It's totally open to the house and A/C isn't humid.

Right now there is just the one 27w daylight and the side flouro's on her.

In total I have (4) 27w 6500ks and (1) 68w 2700k + the 120w tubes on the sides.
