Let me be clear. I did receive a water pipe with a "hair" line short crack in it. It was very tiny and not on a joint. More than likely a kiln heat/cool down error, and it's glass, which is not totally precise. This water pipe was a deep cobalt blue and I mean you could barely see it. It obviously got by weed star so i didn't expect EDIT to be the ones to blame. I e mailed them my "small" concern and I was very pleasant. i sent them an e-mail with a pic, and even I had a hard time seeing it in the pic. I wouldn't have argued with them if they said they couldn't see it. But they didn't argue, they simply offered me a choice between 50% credit or to return it at no cost for a new one.
I could have been scamming them, but they trusted me. I cannot fault EDIT in any way. Not even Weed Star...I mean its that small and it happens. It was only an interior surface wall line no more than an 1/4" long. Very hard to see.

It's a little freebie they may or may not send. I got a few of them. About a half inch wide...mine are green and they say EDIT on them....nothing monumental but a nice touch.

This place is a nightmare. Don't bother even looking at thier website. I tried ordering a custom Roor through them, after a 2 and a 1/2 month wait and no Roor, I started writing. Ben tells me hes not sure what happen but the Roor is lost, will look into it. Then he writes me and says it was never ordered, the order was lost. I am still trying to get a full refund. Ben told me I'd get the rest of my refund (by wire no doubt) 3 weeks ago still nothing. I only recieved a partial refund folks. I will try and get my bank in on the deal and see if they can help but its been 3 months now. I will never do business with these people and just my thoughts do business with your local head shop, they need the money and they are here, not another county where there isn't a thing you can do about being ripped off.

i wouldent spend your money on the electric blue bong as after every couple of hits the water needs changing, doesent take enough water wich makes it harsh and when you use it with ice you need to keep emptying it as the ice melts, u constantly get water in your mouth or the water comes out the carb holl imo this bong (ELECTRIC BLUE) is defo 1 of the worst bong ive ever toked. cheers TOMBONG

Two reasons not to shop there: Branded seeds do NOT come in their original packaging which isn't very reassuring. Lower than average germination rate has been noted by many reliable growers. Some seeds manifestly not what they were packaged as. Also be aware that their customer service routinely lie and pretend not to have had payments when they clearly have. The reason for this seems to be that they're just too lazy to ship items out on time. When you can clearly prove otherwise they continue to lie and make up any old yarn to cover up the fact they have ballsed up your order, yet again. Once I challenged them on the phone by simply saying "I know you are lying" and they immediately admitted it and apologised. I don't trust them, I don't like dealing with them and I hate the fact that they advertise as same day delivery when they'll happily keep you waiting for 2 weeks. Also be aware that if they say they'll call you back to sort out your order they never do. Nor do they respond to emails other than orders and they don't seem to really give a toss about those either. They have a good range but their customer service is abysmal and if you ring up to ask why you haven't had your item two weeks later they'll act like they are doing you a big favour just looking it up. Cheers guys, think I'll shop elsewhere though.

Hey, I'm sorry to hear that but if they gave you a royal mail tracking number, it's not their fault, it's the mail system or you will be getting a letter soon.
Also, just to be fair, I see alot of reviews are becaue ppl didn't like the particular pipe or seed germ. EDIT doesn't make these products, they just offer them. They can hardly be held responsible if ppl aren't happy with the design or germ rate. Don't you think?

I'm with cracker on this one.
They're not the breeders, so if the seeds don't
germinate its not EDIT's fault...
along with the bongs. They don't produce
any of the products, they just sell them
for the companies.

shipping would be and the order went through.
I immediately wrote them saying I was just shopping and
went thru with the transaction to see how much shipping
would be, and they canceled the order in 2 days.

Thanks for you replys but i honestly dont care about your opnions.I got no tracking info as i allready said once.And I got ripped off. Its not the mails fault because they have no record whatsoever of any package being sent to me from them.Geeze....whats up with you people? That review site is full of pages of reviews just like this one...

Ahhh, you should contact EDIT and get the royal tracking number. It's easy to do. Then at least you will know. There is no tracking once the Royal mail hands it off the US mail.
I think yo're coming to an early judgment without waiting for the facts. have some patience and contact them. Be polite.

I have contacted them as i said before and i have contacted royal mail..Royal mail says they never shipped anything to my adress........Its no early conclusion i have been ripped off.and lied to. and im in the process of fighting to get my money back.And to think i allmost blamed my mailman.If it was handed off to us mail.I would have recieved it by now. Our postal carriers do their job here in the U.S.
