Still Noobish Help?

Okay, this is still my first grow and i would like some help with this, How do i Know when my plant is starting to bud? She is feeling out at top and has white pistols... I BELIEVE. ill post pics tomorrow. any help right now would help ease my thoughts lol.

Its still 13 hours of sun light, its out side... its roughly 1.5-2 months old.
