10/10 for one cycle???

i have some flowering herb on a 12/12 cycle, and i have to change the time of the 12/12 cycle, so for 1 cycle i will have to do a 10 hrs light and 10 hrs dark, to get the cycle to the time of day i need it. anyone know if this would be cool for my girls to get a 10/10 cycle for one cycle??? any help on this would be greatly appriciated.

I would give them 8hrs light then 12 dark, it's the 12hrs of dark that induces flowering. Imo it won't bother them, I've had to alter the light cycle many times and never noticed any ill effects.

so you never hade any problems altering the cycle? i kinda have to do it 10/10 due to other plants i have in the same room and ect.. but you don`t think it would make a diffentence to my crops changeing the cycle????

As I said, I've done it on a number of occasions and never noticed any problems, but I always make sure they get 12 hours of dark if they're in flowering.

try 10/14, plants only know days that are 24hrs long
