The plants look good. I'm in the middle of my first grow and one thing I found out the hard way is that if you keep the lights too close to new sprouts it will stunt their growth. I don't think that you will have that problem with such low wattage bulbs but just a heads up, if you notice the leaves curling down and/or turning a yellowish color move the lights 1-2 inches farther. It made a huge difference for me. Once the leaves get bigger the plant is able to handle more intense light. BTW, I lived in Baton Rouge for about 5 years. I miss the food more than anything. Good luck.looks good bro, I'll watch them babies grow. How old are they now?
in regardes to the heating issue. i would like to know if this fan will be good enough for keeping the grow area cool enough with the room being b/t 80 - 85 degres. at lest cool enough till i get a thermometeryeah thats what you wanna go for, lots of light over a decent amount of plants. you are on the path to success. those will grow proper with fairly tight node spacing. only concern i can see now is maybe heat, they are probably fine though. i dunno if you have a thermo/hygrometer but it would be a worthy investment.
That fan will work just fine but keep in mind that if the temp in the room is between 80-85 degrees you will just be blowing hot air into the box. Marijuana thrives in temps around 70-75 degrees so If you can get the temp down about 10 degrees in the room you would have ideal temps. I battle with heat issues daily and I use a fan just like the one you have when I prop open the cabinet door to cool things down. When the lights are on in my cabinet the inside temp goes up about 10 degrees so I do all that I can to make sure it's circulating cool air.
