Do these plants look like there streched a bit or should they get this long at first ,they dont seem to be getting longer anymore the first set of leaves r just getting wider.any help would be great.

They look a little stretched although not that bad, what light are you using and how close is it?

ill i have is 1000w hps so I didnt want to put them very close till they got a bit bigger,I started 12 seeds and they all popped within a day ,and my system/space to grow only holds 8 so ill just pick the best ones out .Also ,I ordered my Large rockwool cubes and they still didnt come tho they should be here within a day or two how long can they stay in the small ones ??
you can leave them for a while.... don't worry tho here's what i did when mine stretched... i don't know what medium you're gonna use after the rock wool cubes but if you use soil this will work..
i started mine in little cubes like that... when you begin to see the roots showing out of the cube it's time to put them in the larger ones... after that to your medum or you can skp the larger ones and go straight to the medium... when i put mine into the soil i covered them w/soil all the way up till about an inch or two below the first set of leaves... the rest of the stem will actually root also, that way it somewhat eleminates the stretch....

The main concern with them stayinging the smalll cubes, is the tap root HITTING something and curling to the right or the left... (this may not happen) I have always heard that you WANT the tap root to stay STRAIGHT.. to get the best plants....
You sprouted those under a 1000! ? ! wow... how close is the light...

they were prob about 3 feet away from the light ,I germed in paper towel got em in the rockwool and about 2 days agos i moved em in to 2 feet with lots of air circulation,my rockwool still didnt get here so it wont be here till atleast monday and there are some roots comin thru the bottom of the little cubes now,any suggestions on how to keep them healthy in there till the big cubes get here??
