need a lil help with cfl grow

hey this my 2nd grow i was just wonderin if some people could give me some ideas on lighting on a cfl grow obviously im using cfls but i need some insight on wattage and how many cool, warm etc. thanks

you could just buy 2700k bulbs and not veg at all or for a short ammount of time

I'm growing a healthy plant with just 56W of 2700k CFL so it's not like your plant will suck for poor light. I think it is more important to distrobute the lights evenly around and over your plant, rather than 1 or 2 high powered CFLs over it.

Im gonna agree with him, Im using 78w of 2700k for flowering one plant. Vegged in the window.
