ok.... i have a budget of about 350 to 400 bucks i really dont know much about hydro, i want something that is the easiest to maintain and will make the plants as big as possible...i dont know if that is hydro or soil...what in your opinion works best

Start with a hempy bucket, 400watt HPS light and ballast, contact relay, (dual spectrum bulb) and some good genetics. Ph/tds meter(s) are a must, small oscillating fan and forget about all the RO water bollocks.

shouldnt be too much, you can get alot from wal-mart. (cfls, pots, timers, ph testers, fans, etc.) the specialty items are the HPS light, nutes, soil.

for best growing results you need lots of gear.
it aint cheap.
more money = best gear = more success.
i have spent around 2000$ on growing gear and i grow with soil only.
the more you put in the more you get out.
i dont believe in cheap growing and i only want the best.
