well my girlfriends birthday is the 12th and today i want to come up with some ideas that will please her. im not looking for a bday present. i just want an idea of somethin i can do with her. something i never thought of. her and i been together for a long time so she knows how i think. im just tryin to suprise her. something she would never expect from me. whats your idea

The note thing is a good idea,and all it costs you is a pen and paper.Lemme give you an example.
I got pregnant with my little one.I was very upset,I had not planned another pregnancy.I was very upset, and didn't want to give birth again.He begged me to go through with it. I did, and it was a hard pregnancy that nearly killed me.
After I gave birth, he brought me a rose and wrote me a simple little note. It said I love you very much.This means a lot to me.
