When should I flower these ladies / go to 12-12 lighting?

What's up RIUers? Thanks for coming to my aid!

I'm not sure if I should start these plants on 12/12 to get them into flowering or not. Can you all tell from these pics? I'm not sure if they are big enough yet.

lol- you can force marijuana to flower at anytime. some people have a 12/12 light cycle from seed. when you do flower, your plant will grow about 1 1/2 -2 times the size it was in vegitation. that being said, if you let it get 12" tall, then flower, she'll be 18-24" approx. at harvest. so it's dependent on what you want and the strain. if you dont know the strain, then the choice of when to flower is up to you. consider factors such as security, lighting, container, etc before making your decision. good luck.....

How tall is your grow area? Keep in mind your plants will grow about three times the size in the flowering period. So if you flower @ 1ft - expect a ~4ft plant! (Depending on strain of course)

How old is it? It looks maybe 2-3 weeks?

Id give them another week and they should be nice i usually veg until they are 9 - 11 inches because i have limited space in a closet. The longer the veg the bigger the yeild.

This is my grow box. It's 3' tall and 2 1/2' wide. I made it from an old computer desk.

If you can't tell it's sitting in my closet. Those doors can close.

I have a total of five plants in there, but the three pics above are the biggest. I've got another smaller box I started out with that I can put the other two small ones in.

This is my first time growing so...take it easy on the criticism.
