welcome to rollitup :)

its definately a little stretched for a indica strain, but it looks healthy and will recover with better light. what type of light are you using now?

hi all, thanks for the quick replies. the fan leaves at the bottom are cut because thats the way they were when i got it from the club. it wasnt started by seed its a clone. the strain is grape punch ( indica) and the leaves on the bottom got roasted because the first day i had it i didnt have a fan and the temp got to 100. i fixced that though ( as you can tell by new growth). Anyways, the type of light im using is 100 watt metal halide for veg. and 70 watt HPS for flower. the box my plant is in is 5 feet tall by 3 feet wide. and its covered in black and white poly for reflection. the light right now is about 1 and a half feet away from the plant.

try putting the light like 1 feet away. since its only 100watts .....how long you had the plant for?

Its a little small for 4 weeks. A mh bulb should have made that plant double that size by now. As far as stretching it's a little bit but that's not always a bad thing.

is that the soft white cfl? im trying not to add to much heat in my box becuase with the mh light alone the box is like 80 degrees. all i have to move air around and cool the temp is 1 oscillating fan.

I know this is a little late but no one replied soooooooooo here I go. You want the ones that say Daylight or cool white. But they always say there lite temp which will be somewheres on the box 5500k and up is good for veg. 3500k and down is good for flowering. You can go to Wal-mart and buy a 4 pack of 26 watters for 15 bucks and that should cover all your sides nicely. They dont create much heat, your leaves can pretty much touch em. But its always good for at least an inch of space ( just keep them close, maximum of 2-3 inches)
