Do my plants need direct sunlight?

Does it have to be direct sunlight or can it be like 7:00 were theres not direct sunlight but there still light

Remember it is a weed. Morning sun is best if you have to make a choice though.

YES they need direct light! Light is the number 1 most important thing for a MJ plant. It all about the light. Seriously. Nothing else is AS important. You could skimp in just about every other area and still be ok. But if you skimp on light your're wasting everything else that your not skimping on lol.

Yea your plants need at least 18 hours of light to veg and wen fall comes around and the hours of light outside decrease(12 hours of light max), your plant will flower

I would go with direct light, somewhere around 7:00 cant be that "growth supporting"
