hey guys! i have a question... ok 12/12 lighting...
i need to know how to do that for an outdoor plant.....
someone said put a black trsh bag over the plant (say im going 6-6) then it will be dark even when light out... my main concern is could it kill the plant??? what are the best options to do this?

I have seen people do it with descent results. You need to use a thick bag that won't allow any light in. The biggest complaint I've heard is that they can't breath when you do it. During the first few weeks of flowering the plant will grow a lot, I see the bag hampering it's efforts. Of course this is just the opinion of an indoor noob..

If you want to keep it in the dark, why not just bring it inside for however long? If you do cover it, I'd think you'd want to use some sort of fabric so it could breathe easy.

hmmm interesting... see i just thik that would shock my baby to much.... and what if she couldnt breath!! man yea i think ill stick to natural ways but thank u for answering my question!
