i have a 3week old seedling.i fucked up like 2 weeks ago by giving it nutes which burnt the fuck out of them.so i stoped.now the first set of leaves are completely yellow should i give them a 1\2 or 1\4 nute solution.im using an ebb\flow w/400w mh

oh yeah, also, I suggest starting them in 4 inch grodan cubes under less light (T8's or T5's) and a pot full of perlite. this will give them a solid root system. When you've veg'd for a bit (preferably once you sexed) then put them into the flood table. Right now you're spending too much on hydro for one seedling of undetermibed sex, Is your MH light strictly for your veg room? If you want denser, bigger buds use HPS - High Pressure Sodium bulbs, they have the red light spectrum, better for budding.

i have them in 6 inch mesh bottom pots i had 3 other plants but died when i put the nuts in 2 early.i have 5 seeds germinating right now.the mh is just for veg i have a 400w hps for flower i was thinking about getting some cfls but moneys really tight right now .i'm also planing on building a clone/seedling cabinet.

If you want to save the plant you can't make up for having overfed it earlier by underfeeding it now. Yes, feed it but make sure you are doing it right.

Give them 1/4 when the fake leaves turn yellow. And take your time with the nutes because once they get in the veg state they grow like wildfire and thats when you can pour on the nutes.

So are yo saying just do whatever yo want then come ask for help because one just did whatever they thought was right?

I'm fine with helping people. but when people just jump in blindly and do *nothing* to figure out what might be needed, I say let them stew in their own juices.
Should we also teach people to breathe? how to get food into their mouths? Give them the keys to a car, then later give them a license?

(I refuse to be part of the 'stupidity police')

As for the OP, there are MANY stickies and FAQs here to get one started.
(not to mention this is NOT in the newbie forum)

thanks for the help everyone.i gave them nutes originally because my aunt(who grew weed for many years)advised me to but as you may have alredy realized her mind isnt what it use to be lol.when i told her she was wrong she was so mad at her self she couldnt believe she told me that.i now have them on a 1/4 strength planning to move to 1/2 in the next couple days

you should really start in dirt to get the hang of growing. its way more forgiving best for beginers and it will be way better pot to smoke. and you learn more. hydro is just to get plants bigger quicker in my opinion and from trial and error. i grow indoor in dirt indoor in hydro and outdoor. my flood and drain set-up pisses me off the most it becomes more of a chore than just growing.

if you would like to go with dirt/organics pm me or let me know i can give you my own personal mix that not very expensive and works wonders and you will get a good harvest

people that answear like this are not being rude or an ass whole or not trying to help. there simply stating that if you read and read and read like the most part of us have you dont have to ask such simple questions that they prob have the answear to laying beside there computer in the last episode of hightimes. or for an even easier one you already on the net just google it that will answear any dam ? you have about anything. it dont make much sence to find a pot seed put it in dirt and under a desk light and not even water it and get on here with 1 pic of it asking what should i do now.

and i can find that thread for you. people dont do enough research on what there growing the way there growing what there growing with and what there using to grow. and get on here wanting people to do it for them
