lmao its so funny you said that cuz I already tried! I did that with a thick black plastic bag and it fried the branch! fuck it...haha naw but I think my porchlight staying on after dark could have something to do with it, im such an idiot I just thought of it today...i mean the light is very far away and not intense.. but the light does reach the plants and the light sometimes stays on all night, so it could be messing w/their photoperiod... I feel :dunce:

the lights from my house and porch shine on mine all night. you just have a late flowering pheno. :weed:

Your pretty sure that those lil stem thingys with tiny fan leaves at my nodes arent flowers right? I mean they dont look anything like male or female flowers, but im just wondering if maybe they could be different for this strain or something? iono god im just worrying myself, oh and thanks for all your help fdd

flowers have calyxes and pistils.

you simply have a late flowering strain.

Ditto on the light on my plants. It will show soon enough. Hell take a clone and as soon as it shows roots throw it into 12/12. Hard to do the bag in your area with that heat.

Zig...your garden is truly magnificent. An inspiration to all those beginners on RIU. The bud in pic 5 looks awesome...how long into flower would you guess? Strain? My cheese finally started flowering this week!

Thanks bro I truly appreciate it...the pics of the flowering are from two of my plants that are the same strain, its an unknown purple strain, indica dominant, I got the seeds out of this dank super dark purple bud(like all purp no green lol)...anyways this strain seems to be my fastest flowering because all the rest of my plants are just barely starting to flower, though these already have lil clusters/buds...they are about 2 weeks into flowering. Pic 4 and the more sickly and smallest plant in the front row far right are the strain im speaking of.

yeah I was pretty lucky lol it was my nieghbors bud...straight dark purp, and it was from a club cuz she was a med patient and she just gave me the few beans she found in the bud...just dont know the actual strain, and also since the bud was seeded, it could be any cross with another strain...lookin forward to my bagseed surprise! lol
