agreed. also they like to charge 18 yr old guys w/statutory rape for having sex with their 17 yr old girlfriends. my friend got 3 yrs in prison for *repeated sexual assult of a child*.....it makes me so fucking mad, their birthdays were 1 month apart, he was only a month older than her. its total bullshit. also they all have to register as sex offenders! it makes me sick to my stomache....here they cant solve murders or rapes cuz of not enough time supposedly to review yet they waste all that time on
prosocuting innocent high school boys as rapist child molesters sex offenders but they cant do anything about any real rapists?

This is the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard. What sort of twat judge would actually ruin someones life over this when the siuation is CLEAR.

This is exactly y our justice system is FUCKING SHIT, no common sense is used. Someone who genuinely sexually assulted someone would probly get half your friends sentence... Im too angry to keep typing about it.

The age in the UK is 16 for a girl, the same rules apply but ive never heard of a 16 year old boy being fucked in the arse like this cos he is sleeping with his 15 year old girlfriend.

wow dude i have been in so many fights and only arrested one time but i got aggrivated assult with a deadly weapon and batery lmao it was new years the one that justs passed and i was still 17 lmao but i got house arrest untill trial and charges were dropped cuz i told my dad if he showed up over that shit id kill him and ment it !! all this shit was his fault cuz he was drunk as hell and punched me lmao but i had just drank an 18 pack and smoked sooooooo many blunts in the front lmao but i went to court, he didnt show , i got off lmao good shit!!! but i was facin 5 years and that shit scared me !! i aint gonna lie i was scared shitless cuz i dont take shit from noone so me in jail ?? that woulda been fun but they were chargin me as an adult too but im 18 now and that shit dont even matter lmao

Listen when I was around ur age I got in a few fights,
At 17 I got in a fight outside of wal mart,
I left home after beating this guy up pretty good,
I then later got a visit from the cops asked me a few questions,
They said they had to take me to the station cause they had me on camera,
My mom payed 100$ and I was let out of "jail" in 19 minutes,
I got court, had to pay like 250 in fines,
And was on prohbation for 6 months,
Now it's off my record,
Boys will be boys just hope u beat this guy up good LOL

The advice is as ignorant as the act.


1. I is not illegal for a citizen to threaten another citizen. I can say "I will kill you on Thursday at 2 am in your bed." and there is no law against it. The threat on myspace COULD be considered cyber bullying... but there is no way they will prosecute the father of a beaten child.
2. Unless he brandished a weapon, the "fishing in his pocket" thing isn't going to fly. It is aggravated assault and battery. Even if he had, you should have waited for the cops. THAT is self defense. Beating the fuck out of someone who threatened to narc on you is not self defense. The invisible knife will be seen as a lie.
3. If he continued to bother you, there are harassment laws which COULD be enforced... but you chose to take things into your own hands, and that is illegal.

At the end of the day this is completely your fault. You are young, and I am not casting judgment... but this is 100% your fault. You couldn't keep your mouth shut, so he KNOWS about your grow. That was poor judgment on YOUR part. Whatever he was threatening you for was probably your fault too, as you didn't mention it. Assaulting the guy was your fault too. You know as well as I do he wasn't going to go get a knife, and fucking murder you in the street in broad daylight. You are using that "knife" thing to rationalize your irrational behavior.

This is all you. I would pull up anything out of the ground, and an assault charge at 17 isn't going to sting too bad. You aren't going to prison.

its a tuff call.. if u can prove its self defence then u should be good... if ya really wanna switch shit up and this would probly be better on ur behalf if u do have to go to court... call the cops first and explain the situation as well as show them the treatning email from the dad... him and his dad may be the 1's charged
