First of all, she looks great! Now, I may be the only one to say this, and I know it's just one picture to look at, and the pistils are turning, etc, but to me she just has the look that she could use a tad bit more time to "fill in" and have that "ready look". Don't get me wrong, she's of course close... But, almost ready isn't what you're after.
Jact was right on, there are many threads, guides and info here, and yes, I know you have read some. I don't know who is was that said it like this, but when I read it I thought the description was perfect. His advice, and I paraphrase, was that you just can tell when it is ready. Of course, he had a cpl of pics to illustrate his point. I guess my point is, in a long winded way, that if you wonder if is is ready, then it is not. You will know, first grow or not if you have read up.
Anyway, just the opinion of a total non expert here...
