^^ correct... bought mids, had seeds in it, and i planted it. Im at about a month now and its pretty decent sized, kind of small though.

For the most part, the seed does not matter.
It is the way it is grown.
You can grow some dank shit, with seeds from piece of shit weed, if you do it right.

A lot of the weed you buy may already have been badly dried and cured and possibly even tumbled before you bought it.
You can not judge a seed by the bag you found it in,for all you know that weed was once the most powerful of shit,until they flash dried it and tumbled it for the resin and then still bagged it up and sold it anyway

have to say i agree, after some of the threads i've read on here, especially by fdd. look up some of his threads and look for the bagseed. even if a grow didn't go to well, or shit doesn't look or smell all that great, it can always be made better by putting it through a proper curing process, especially if you mix in some good shit, will revitalize the so-so shit and bring it back to life.

here are a couple pictures, this was my first grow which was mid seeds. It grew in a 1/2 liter cup (small roots), used cfls, hydroponics nutes in soil grow, major heat problems for about 3 weeks and that's a few weeks before harvest. It had nice crystals.

i dont think commercial growers out there would tumble any crop to get some resin and sell it. Lowers the quality so theres no money in it lol.
It's just most likely a unattended grow thats why it turns out bad and they rate it at mid.

it vegged for a couple months, yeild was about around 7 grams dry. I had a 42w yellow, a 26 watt yellow, and a 26 watt white. It would have been a lot more if it was in a larger container and if 3/4 of the leaves didn't fall off after I put it in the veg room (heat issues). It was practice and I didn't care much about it.

I kinda wanna try and grow just 1 or 2 plants with a small hydroponics system in my basement. Does anyone know of the smallest and cheapest lighting I could use?I'm new to growing myself. I've been doing a little research and I am going to use some cheap CFLs. From what I've read you would need ~100Watts per plant.
