first CFL grower need help... PIC

hello noobs here... my first grow here using 4 35watt cool daylight CFLs & 1 50watt cool daylight CFL..
heres the pic in 12 days since it sprout... 24/0...

I read the book Buds For Less. it says that I can start to force flowering in day 16... switch to 12/12...

my questions is...

1. if I want to force flowering my plants at day 16 should I start changing my CFLs to warm white from the day it start 12/12? should I change all those cool day light or I combine it? (change 2 or 3 bulbs to warm white)

2. as you can see, I'm using small pots there, can I continue using those pots until I harvest? (I read about the issues telling that "there is no things called rootbound")

I just read in the FAQ that it should be 2-4 inches away from the foliage (CFLs).

myself i think i would mix them and have them all changed by the time you were in full bloom

i like this idea, mimics nature
on my last grow, i kept my 5500k up until the 1st pistil hairs appeared, seemed to work well

good idea!! I heard more blue light add percentage of getting females too... idk, but i'll give it a shot for this first grow.. any idea bout the pots???

guessing the pots are 1 gallon, anyways i vegged for 19 days, got to 5 inches at veg
i used a 2 gallon pot, got to 29 inches, did not get root bound
i'm sure you can stick with your pots, from what i've read, you'll need to feed more often and trim roots as they come out the bottom
