I'm assuming like 75 to 95 days to harvest, like any other 1212 from seed, cept this is cooler >_<

Well I believe in organicx. The two you saw were using the last of my MG OG. the rest will be planted in 30%worm castings, 40% foxfarms organic soil, and 10% vermiculite, 20% guano.


but after this is all done, im starting soilless grows. I heard there are amazing results with that method, + there's a guy that is willing to help me for a price around here[jakass lol]

But I'MA be paying attention to urs. 100% per? how does that work lol

I dont see a big deal in starting 2 days early, theres no prize, its not a competition on who can grow a plant in a shot glass the fastest, its just kind of a fun thing to do

I agree we should be able to cover it with something like tin foil, but it should be removed for pictures. Maybe weekly pictures of the progress.

We all know this is for fun, but there is always one(not saying anyone here would) that has to just win no matter what they do including cheating. Also you don't want someone doing something that might upset someone. So yes there should be some rules so no one gets upsets at anyone. Some people are real touchy when they are competing. Everyone should be pretty much doing the same to try and prevent any problems so this can be fun. I myself have been waiting for a thread like this for along time now. Sence I seen one else where that was just finishing up.

rofl lego pots thats awesome, i wish i still owned legos now but the idea is taken regardless (its like weed growing for little kids)

Here Here... rules schmules, lets not get too carried away with them... the point of this is to see how many of us will be able to actually grow a plant full term in a SMALL vessel. the way I see it there's no way we can have one winner unless we make the members of RIU vote on it at the end. And even so, as far as i see it, once you've harvested you've won, you've finished the game.

Ill be using a 1.5" clay pot with a hole in the bottom so as far as rules go, I dont see why we cant have a hole in the shot glass if u want to? I am in this for the fun of it... Obviously we don't want "unfair" activities here but c'mon guys, lets not get too caught up in do's and dont's...

My suggestion as far as rules go.. (all due respect, I'm not trying to take this thing over, just my suggestions.)

HAVE to use a vessel no larger than 1.5oz
whatever lighting you choose
same vessel start to finish
clone or from seed.

Simple and to the point.
Just my 2 cents.

btw my seeds are popping as we speak, they will be in the baby pots by tonight/tomorrow. Happy Growing everyone!

Those are the rules, almost word for word. :) Few pages back are the Official Rules.

if your lucky you roots will eventually break the shot glass
roots are very strong

when i joined the thread the rules were to grow in a shot glass and have fun



i think thats how it should be left also,everyones getting crazy,with all these rules and shit now ,,,come on fellas pull it together...lol...

I'm willing to play, but I'm not going to if there are so many rules.

I think the ONLY rule should be the size of the container. Not the shape, but the volume. 1.5oz's sounds like an agreed upon shot glass size. Beyond that it should be fair game. I will probably use a soilless medium, but I'm not exactly sure what to do. Probably try to stuff start cube into a shot glass and do some sort of hydro grow with a dripper or a wick....

That's the part that makes it interesting...too many rules and it's just everyone in different places trying the exact same thing.
