I planted one of them this past sunday and the other on monday since it didnt have a long enough tail during germination.. the one i planted a day later is now growing faster then the other....is it normal for plants to vary on speeds of growth or is it somthing else...?
As far as 'how fast they grow'? you mean?
If that's your only question then that's
pretty easy to answer. Yes, you are
correct Philnob. Just make sure
you keep the seeds 'damp' not wet
or over-watered. Seeds can get
the 'dampning off' disease at young
ages like that. From over-watering.
In a dark place until you see the seed
crack open and show a little taproot
inside ready to grow. Usually just
in general rule.. I wait until the taproot
is 1/4 to 1/2inch's long before planting
into my growing medium.
Sorry I like to give as much information
that i can to each person. lol. But yea
usually that is what controls the growth.
But there are other things that can
cause slow growth though ya dig?
I mean it could be the genetics of the
particular plant.. or it could be something
that the grower is doing wrong.
But I need more information to determine
if you the grower is at fault.. or if its
probably a genetic problem. ya dig?
Peace,
