Leaves looking like Claws

I am growing a plant in soil, feeding it only pure H2O, and using multiple CFLs. Its now in week 2 of flower and the top leaves on each branch are starting to form claw-like shapes and fold in on themselves. I know that it isnt from heat as some that are too far away from the light are doing it as well as those up close. Any idea what causes this and how to fix it?

No, as there are no signs of burn
"The claw" is a sign of N toxicity. Not saying that's what it is (hard to tell for sure w/o pics). It is something to consider though. If your soil has nutes in it, then maybe it has too high of a percentage of N, but not enough to actually burn the plant.

I'd just give her a good watering first and see what happens.Mine some time show this and without the burn so when they do I just water the next time .
