Say instead of string theory, I propose wave theory. Imagine a pond being reality. Now imagine branch of a tree is hanging directly over the pond. The tree is a tree of possibilities generated by events that transpire in the universe at any given time. The branch has a leaf and on that leaf is a droplet of water. The leaf is now a singular possibility for an event and the droplet of water is the event itself. The event (drop of water), falls off the possibility of the event happening (leaf), into the pond (reality). When contact from the event and the reality occurs, waves are made, which is time. In order for time to continue there must be constant events happening all the time. The initial impact of the event on reality is the splash, the side effects generated from that event on the rest of the world are the waves. Events would not come as singularities either, it would be a down pour of epic proportions as there is an infinite number of events happening all the time in the universe. This also means that other events are caused by those events that transpire. The possibility tree gains new leaves and new drops all the time, ever growing as our universe does. Notice how if two drops of water fall at separate sides of the lake their ripples will meet and create new ones.

Time is relative, as we've found out from Albert Einstein's groundbreaking research and theories, well, taking that into account. All events transpire in synchronization with each other. Therefore a code can be made.... and read. By looking at one event and studying its effects on the environment around it you can actually see what will happen next by deductive reasoning. You can predict the future of events by working past the present event unto the next and then looking at that event and doing the same. You may not change the future completely however though, because, time is relative and all events have already taken place in another duration of time. You may though, be able to slow the process of an event down by changing the present enough for the event to take place at a later duration of time, sometimes seconds, minutes, days, weeks, or years later. The event will happen.... it will happen and it will cause other events to be effected in the time line because the event happened at a later time. Picture the droplet of water again, what if say, a gust of wind[foresight] were to alter the path of the drop into the pool, but remember that it's raining and events are happening all the time, so while the drop you put in to the pond was now at an angle, changing it's original time of occuring, the drop will now interfere and change other events in that string of time. You would essentially not be able to STOP the droplet, but change its course, setting forth a certain number of new events to take place. These events would be malformed and seem random because they were not part of the original time line though. So in order for you to go back to the original time line the malformed events must take place and exhaust themselves in patterns. The patterns will be much easier to read if one can break the code then the previous events and more then likely change the time line later one down the road. If enough events are altered or postponed for a certain duration of time, the time line will fail and start from that point erasing the rest of the set points in eventual time.
As stated above you will not be able to stop this same time line from continuing but that is only because of the set events of that line, if the set points are erased then a new line will emerge from that causing a temporal turn and creating an altered dimension. Our dimension will continue on the line newly made by the events that have been taking place. The old time line will continue but in the other dimension. That dimension will be very connected with ours for a short amount of time until the events in both make both turn away from each other. You will sometimes get a glimpse of this other dimension and other time line, we call this deja vu, a kind of wave of knowing washes over you and you feel like you've done this before or that, well that's because both dimensions are still connected with each other. It isn't until later that they break apart to form two complete separate dimensions.
NT = E x ψ + mc²(z³ x π³) - LD + ND / c/λ x √F
New Time = Event x Probability Amplitude + Energy (Time x pi³) - Length of Duration + New Duration / Plancks Constant x √Force
Events can also all have numeric values depending on the force and energy they create. As all events create chemical or physical reaction with mass they create a certain amount of energy. This energy may be minute like for example you were to think of a baseball, a chemical reaction in your brain would make your "mind" see a baseball, or it may be astronomical, like a sun imploding and creating a singularity.
