That's a good point. Everything seems to have a loophole for corruption to take over. Used for good at first, used for bad later, once everyone has it. By then the people who are chipped won't think anything of it. Even when people (most likely patriots/pro-liberty folks) are wrongfully accused for committing a crime on a daily basis.The problem I see with that is it also makes it much easier some one.
