Plant problem...please help

Whats up guys, I currently built and designed my own ebb and flow type system. I initially started the plants inside for the germinating process, then moved them outside due to lack of funds for suffecient lighting but as of 48 hours ago I successfully transplanted them into my ebb and flow system. While I know transplanting is pretty rough on a plant I believe I had some great success and that the plants took to their new environment very well.
24 hours after the transplant i noticed that the youngest of the 3's lower baby leaves were a tint of yellow. It's continuing to get worse and then several hours later i noticed the leaves were of all my plants were kind of turning yellow and starting to droop. I unfortunately started them on a 8-4-4 nute solution which I'm aware is wrong i intend on buyying the right solution today as well. I also don't have timers set up and had actually ran the pump for the first 48 hours(yes i know im an idiot). I also moved the light a little closer after the first 24 hours but when i noticed the yellow leaves i pulled it back. I believe my fan should be plenty big enough but am uncertain as to weather or not these 3 will survive under my care. Suggestions would be a huge help. I am trying to read up as much as possible but notice that this site really has alot of people who know their shit. Heres some pictures of my set up.

If you are talking about your little round leaves at the bottom of the seedling, those are the cotyledons. They will yellow after a couple of weeks and eventually fall off. This is totally normal. You definitely need to get your light closer. Those babies are stretching for that light.

heres a pic of the light moved down, whatcha think?
What kind of light and how many watts is it. Use the hand test. If you can place your hand at the tops of the plants comfortably for about 30-60 seconds then it's probably fine. Just keep a close eye on them and if they show signs of stress back off a little bit. The drooping is probably from overwatering although they don't look that bad. Could also be a bit of transplant shock. Just keep a close eye on them. They look fine though.

the fixture is a 70w lithonia lighting standard flood light with a 70 watt hps bulb. think it is suffecient enough for this type of grow?

I also have the same size bulb but in a 150w I was kinda scared to try and put the bulb in simply for the fact that if i break this fixture I dont have the cash for another atm.

Make sure you match the wattage on the bulb with the ballast. 70 watts is fine for now, but you will want more light as they get bigger. You can use CFL's to supplement that hps if you are broke. Best of luck and welcome to RIU my friend.

The 23 watt CFL's are plentiful. A rule of thumb is 100w per plant, but you can use more or less depending on your situation. Of course the more light the better. Use cool white for veg. Add them to your HPS so they get more blue spectrum light. The more light you use the better results you will achieve thus the happier you will be at harvest. Make sure you get a fan to move air and keep your babies cool. Don't blow it directly on them while they are this young. Face it over the tops of the plants or deflect the air off of a wall or something.
