Am I not getting enough light? (leaves pointing up)

im on day 4 or 5 of my grow... the plants spent 2 days in inadequate lights... and are now in a rubbermaid box with foil tape, 6 26w CFL and a fan just proped up on the side with the lid slightly opened as my ventilation

in my pictures you can see the lighting, the leaves itself, and how I have my box and fan setup and the distance of the plants from the light (2ish inches I think)

should I make it closer?

When do I move them out of the cups?... and how often am I supposed to water it?... Iv read that you only water it 3days ... and to check when the soil feels dry... my soil is always feeling dry in the morning

im on 24/7 lighting right now... and iv been giving it a few sips of water in the morning everyday... just to rewet the soil

They look good. You will want to transplant when they are about 3 weeks old. Best of luck my friend.

Mg issue, or your burning your leafs. I'd guess the latter. (just both possibilities, not positives) Also some knew growth tends to just point up, reasons not fully known but most just attribute it to the plant trying to find the best angle.

does the soil you have there contain nutes already? seedlings dont take well to some pre-fertilized soils, it might be a little too strong for it. thats my guess on the yellowing.
