just menchen to people that look like stoners that its 420 some where. when they respond you will get the idea if they smoke or not. if some one asks whats up say the price of a bag. then go from there make rsferances that stoners will under stand. as a last resort look for those that have stoner eyes. Have some confidence, and be real. I just ask someone that I feel is able to get and ask if it is not out of line to ask them something. If they say sure, be specific. I like "what would you say if I said white widow" or something like that. If they don't know walk away, chances are you will have a good vibe and they may be able to help out with some quality, or at least point you to it.

Another tactic, sit in the back and watch if anyone is cruising rollitup.org.
