ill be leaving sept 3rd n back on the 7th. but i want to cut n dry before i leave.

ok good id hope so. hopefully they start looking "done" by then!

i have also thought i shouldnt just cut the tops but the whole plant. tryin to let the bottoms finish i think will b a waste of time. am i right?

as soon as you start chopping those they will start the degradation process. The bottoms will be as done as they are going to get. it wouldn't be worth the electricity....

ok so i sucked out all the nutrients for the ripening mix today out of all the containers. i replenished with phed water. i think ill cut down when i get back on the 7th or 8th depending one what they look like. but i thought id be a good idea to flush since i did see one top that had 3 amper thrichs. i know they are not done yet. but i think ill see a huge difference in 5 days without seein em in between.

i really hope that they are lookin sweet and Done when i get back. then i can just chop n prune n get ready!!

heres some pics of almost all the tops i could take pics of plus overlays n a few under shots. enjoy.

let me know what you guys think if im on the right track or not. with the flushin n another 5 or so days before harvest.

well i started flushin today but i leave in the mornin. so i guess i have to wait then? cuz if you dont flush it sucks???

i hope so. i was gunna but then i was like fuck it dont look done n what if i cut too early n they coulda got bigger lol. i tripped myself out after i looked at the trichs. n didnt seen no amber n not all completely cloudy. only one top had some amber that i saw. so i was like ehhhhhh. i ono what to do

I would flush and wait....... taste/smell/cure/weight/high ...... its all effected by the flush..... waiting a few extra days is just fine...... any more than a week from now and the buds will naturally start to degrade..... too bad you didn't start flushing a few days ago ;)

ok ..lol ill cut on the 7th. right when i get back . hope these 5 days dont fuck me ! otherwise maybe i should just cut. i mean will they be all fucked when i get back . theres no amber yet tho? do you think theyll be like less strong if i wait? i thought ur at ur peak thc when the trichs just start to turn amber. if thats the case maybe waitin will put me right at the mark. do you know how fast they change??

welll whatever live n learn next time ill know that 54 days is prob money n will be flushed by then .

the five days won't hurt.... you should have a good ratio by then of cloudy/amber there are a few things that you look at when deciding to harvest.. pistil and calyx development for example..... when 80% of the calyxes have reached the size of the full and finished preflowers, and 60-80% of pistils have changed color (both have happened with yours.... flushing causes trichs to turn amber very quickly, :)

tight sounds like ill be a few days late but still on time. illl have to look that calyx part up cuz i dont no exactly what you mean. dont no what they are and not entirely sure what to look for with them. kinda lost on that hole part.

glad to hear that itll be ok. next time ill make sure ill be flushed by the 54th day so i can go ahead n cut or not cut within those next few day. thanks for all the help dragon

just looked at the trichs on four diff tops. an yep no amber yet . mostly all cloudy with a few touches of clear . probly like 90 percent.

makes me feel a little better. i think ill be choppin at a great time. dont regret nothin i did now. probly couldve cut and woulda been awsome. but hey least im sure when i get back ill see like 10 percent amber im thinkin. and ill be extremely happy with that! show ya pics of them hangin when i get back! less you guys want to see a before n after. yea thats prob what ill do.
